Commercial license

Who it covers

This license covers every export you make while a Seller or Founding Seller plan is active on your account.

If you were a closed-beta seller with a complimentary grant, you get the same license for the grant period. It applies retroactively from the start of the grant.

What you may do

You may sell printed items made from the models you export under this license. There is no limit on how many items you sell or on the channels you sell through.

This license does not give you ownership of Fabulayer's generators, designs or assets.

What you may not do

You may not resell, share or give away the digital files. This includes 3MF and STL files and any files made from them.

After you cancel

Your rights in printed items from models exported during your subscription are perpetual. They stay in place after you cancel, pause or delete your account.

Exports made after your plan ends, or while it is paused, are not covered by this license.

License number

Your license number is "FL-" followed by 8 characters. There is one number per account, and it never changes. It is printed on the Print Card of each Seller export.

The number stays valid for your past exports, even after you delete your account.

What it does not cover

This license does not cover:

• free exports, which are for personal use;
• exports made with Design pack credits, which are covered by the Personal-use license;
• Fabulayer models published on MakerWorld, Printables and Thangs, which are covered by the Model license.

It covers only models you create with the Fabulayer generators.

Fonts

The fonts in Fabulayer are shipped under the SIL Open Font License (OFL). You may sell printed items with text set in these fonts. You may not sell a font on its own.
