About these terms

These terms apply when you use Fabulayer at fabulayer.com. Fabulayer is run by PE Chetvertak Andrii, registered in Ukraine.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator of Fabulayer, and "you" means the person using the service. You can reach us at support@fabulayer.com.

By using Fabulayer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

When you create an account, and again before you pay, you confirm separately that you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.

The service

Fabulayer offers parametric generators for 3D-printable models. The generators run in your browser.

You can export a single model, or a batch with one model per name in a list. Exports are print-ready 3MF or STL files.

The names and other text you type into a model are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers. The Privacy policy explains how this works.

Age

Fabulayer is for ages 14+. Accounts and payments are 18+.

If you are 14 to 17, you can use the generators, the printer profile, the free batch and print feedback without an account. Details are on the Age requirements page.

Accounts

You need an account only for a Seller plan or a Design pack. To create an account, you must confirm that you are 18 or older.

You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or with Google. There are no passwords.

Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your Fabulayer account.

Plans and payments

Payments through Paddle

All Fabulayer purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. When you buy a Seller plan or a Design pack, you enter into a purchase contract with Paddle under the Paddle buyer terms. Paddle handles payment, taxes (VAT or sales tax), invoices and refunds. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach Fabulayer. For payments, taxes and refunds, Paddle's terms take priority.

Prices

Current prices are on the Pricing page. All prices include tax. Customers in the EU and EEA pay fixed prices in euros. Customers in other countries pay in US dollars.

Free use

Single exports are free and unlimited.

The free batch lets you export up to 5 names per batch. You get 3 free batches per browser in any 30 days. Your browser keeps count of them.

The free batch carries a watermark on its Print Card. Single free exports have no watermark. All free exports carry a Fabulayer mark on the bottom of the model and do not come with the Commercial license.

Seller and Founding Seller

Seller is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. Founding Seller is a yearly subscription with a limited number of places.

Seller plans are meant for use in your business: selling printed items.

Both plans include the Commercial license and unlimited batch export.

Founding Seller keeps its price while the subscription is uninterrupted. A subscription is interrupted by a final cancellation, or by a failed payment that is still unpaid after the payment retries.

Your subscription renews automatically for the next period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time on your account page (the Cancel subscription button) or through Paddle.

We may change the price of the Seller plan. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

Fair use

Seller plans include fair use of up to 3,000 exported models per calendar month. We show a warning when you get close to this limit.

If you go over the limit, we will contact you to discuss your use case. We never charge extra without your consent.

Design pack

The Design pack is a one-off purchase of 3 credits. One credit covers one design.

• A credit is applied at the first paid export of a design.
• It unlocks the premium assets and batch export for that design, with up to 3 re-exports. Each pack includes up to 10 unique names in total for batches across its designs. Re-exporting the same names doesn't use the allowance again.
• Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• A credited design and its re-exports do not expire.
• Deleting a design does not return its credit.

The Design pack is for personal use only.

Pause

You can pause a Seller plan for up to 6 months in any 12 months. While the plan is paused, Seller features are off. The license for exports from your paid period stays in place.

Cancellation

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. On our side, there are no partial refunds.

After that date, your designs, share links and Download list stay available. Only paid export stops.

Intellectual property

The generators, designs, premium assets, software and the Fabulayer brand belong to PE Chetvertak Andrii or our licensors. We do not transfer ownership to you. You get the license described for your plan.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service with no obligation to you.

Licenses

What you may do with your exports depends on how you made them:

• Exports made on an active Seller plan are covered by the Commercial license.
• Exports made with Design pack credits are covered by the Personal-use license.
• Free exports are for personal use and do not come with the Commercial license.
• Fabulayer models published on MakerWorld, Printables and Thangs are covered by the Model license.

Personal use means items for yourself, family and friends, gifts, and a set for a class, team or club when the members only cover the cost of material and you make no profit. Selling with a markup, taking orders from strangers, marketplaces, craft fairs, and promotional or corporate gifts are not personal use. The Personal-use license has the details.

Refunds

Fabulayer purchases are sold by Paddle, so refunds are governed by the Paddle refund policy and the Paddle buyer terms. On our side, we support a refund for a Seller plan or a Design pack if you have made no paid export with that purchase. The Refund policy has the details.

Acceptable use

When you use Fabulayer, you agree not to:

• resell, share or give away the exported digital files (3MF, STL or files made from them), whatever your plan;
• sell printed items made from free exports or Design pack exports;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to abuse or overload the service;
• work around the free batch, fair use or other limits to use Fabulayer beyond personal use without a Seller plan;
• put names, logos or other content into a model that you have no right to use;
• use Fabulayer to break the law.

If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it. We usually warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem, unless the abuse is serious or repeated. If we close an account for a breach, the paid period is not refunded. The license for files exported before the breach stays in place.

Geographic restrictions

Fabulayer does not serve Belarus or Russia. The site and services are not available there, and we do not sell there. Requests from these countries are refused.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Fabulayer available, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

We keep developing Fabulayer and may change, add or remove generators and features, for example to improve the service, for technical or security reasons, or because the law changes. If a change makes your paid plan materially worse, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel your subscription at no cost. The license for exports you have already made does not change.

Disclaimers

• Estimates shown in Fabulayer are estimates. Real results depend on your printer, settings and material.
• We do not promise that a model will print successfully on your printer.
• We do not promise that a marketplace or platform will accept your listings or products.
• You decide whether a material and a printed item are suitable and safe for your use, including contact with food or use by children.

Fabulayer is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost sales or failed prints.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. We notify account holders of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription before that date.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer living in the EU or EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Please email us first at support@fabulayer.com, and we will try to resolve the issue within 14 days. You can also go to a court or a consumer protection authority in your country of residence.

These terms are published in English and Ukrainian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
